The deadline for the ‘New Logo Contest” is March 1.

Criteria for the logo:

• Must include the full name of the organization: Knitting Guild of the Desert
• Can also include KGOD or KG
• Can also include Coachella Valley
• Any size is acceptable

Submit: Attach to an email, or if hand drawn, scanned, faxed or delivered to Ann

Vote: Submissions will be posted on an online gallery for members to see prior to the vote at the March 4th Fashion Show meeting. The results will be revealed at the April meeting.

Prize: One free annual KGOD membership and one year free parking

Book of the month:

The Book of the Month, Cast On, Bind Off: 211 Ways to Begin and End Your Knitting, was presented by Joanne Hunt.
