Charity Squares

We donate knitted blocks from our Block of the Month Program to Caring About People, Palm Springs (CAPPS).
CAPPS assembles our squares into lap sized blankets and provides them to the Desert Regional Comprehensive Cancer Center in Palm Springs.

Knitted Knockers

Knitted knockers are special hand-knitted breast prostheses for women who ave had breast cancer and underwent mastectomy or lumpectomy. Traditional breast prosthetics can be hot, heavy and sticky. Knitted Knockers are soft, comfortable, and work beautifully with a regular bra.
Knitted Knockers are needed in all sizes and colors, but neutral is by far the most in demand, and matching pairs are also in demand.
Knockers must be made from soft, non-wool, washable yarn and filled with PolyFiberFil. For a list of approved yarns, Click Here!
